Please give as much lead time notice before an event takes place to ensure timely
posting on the site. We will need to know the following items: Date, Time, Event function and Location. It would be very helpful to have a contact person and email address (if possible) for an event.

If there are errors or omissions on this site please send corrections to the above person as well.

And finally, any and all design suggestions are greatly appreciated. If you have any photos to post, please send them in JPEG/JPG format and include information about them too.
